Restocking Fee

All merchandise returned to Carolina Casual Inc. (OBX Goodwood LLC, hereinafter “Company”) shall be subject to a restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the original purchase price of the returned item(s). This restocking fee shall be deducted from any refund issued to the Buyer.

Applicability

This restocking fee applies to all returns initiated by the Buyer for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, color or style preference, incorrect measurements provided by the Buyer, or any other reason not attributable to a defect in materials or workmanship by the Company.
