 95% recycled High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) lumber. The same material used to make gas cans, milk jugs, and basically all chemical containers. 

 An eco-friendly plastic that will not peel, crack, splinter, chip, or rot, or suffer damage from insect infestation. Made of 95% recycled materials such as milk jugs and shampoo bottles. 

 A marine grade stainless steel that has a high resistance to corrosion under high saline and chloride environments. 316 is much more impervious than traditional 304 or 18/8 stainless steel. 

There will be the slightest bit of fading over time; however, our HDPE is made with the highest quality UV Stabilizers available. 

 Limited Lifetime for residential use and 20 years for commercial use. 

 Any defects in the material or workmanship from the date of original purchase. 

Limited Lifetime on the chair itself and the structural components. 1 year on the sling material from date of original purchase. 

We do! Freight, in one direction ONLY, will be covered by Carolina Casual as long as the sling material is still under warranty. If not under warranty, the customer/dealer will be responsible for freight back and forth to our facility as well as the sling material and labor. 

Typically, 15% on most orders. Small, abnormal or large orders will usually adjust shipping cost slightly. 

Usually 4 – 8 weeks, unless a quick ship item.

We have a “quick ship” program for some items and they are guaranteed to ship within 10 working days, otherwise we will TRY to accommodate if we are informed at the time of order, if not we cannot guarantee a rush shipment.

No! Since we use HPDE lumber the paint or stain will not adhere to our plastic product. 

Our chairs weigh between 25-100 lbs., which is much heavier than traditional wooden chairs. They are strong & made from high quality materials, so your chair won’t blow away in high winds. 

Approximately 250 lbs. and we offer a line of XL chairs for that extra needed comfort. 

No, all or products are made from HDPE, which does not contain either wood or fibers. 

No, if you sand our product, the finish will be removed, and the lumber will be porous and collect stain. Minor scratches can be removed by using the back of your fingernail, or a smooth round object.

We recommend you clean it on a regular bases using non-abrasive soap and water. To help remove stubborn stains we recommend a mixture of bleach and water along with a soft bristle brush. We prefer to use a clinging gel bleach commonly referred to as “toilet bowl cleaner” that is available at most grocery and department stores, this type of gel holds to vertical surfaces allowing longer contact time while cleaning your product. Be sure to rinse thoroughly 

A high-pressure washer may be used but not to exceed 1500 psi and keep the nozzle at minimum 12 inches from the furniture. 

We offer cushions for a variety of our products and are made with Sunbrella fabrics. This fabric is the best for outdoor furniture and can be used year round.
