Frame & Color Options — Design Your Perfect Outdoor Furniture
One of the biggest advantages of buying direct from Carolina Casual is the ability to fully customize your furniture’s look. Unlike mass-market brands that offer a handful of standard colors, we give you 15 standard colors and the freedom to mix and match frame and seat panel colors for a truly unique piece.
How Two-Tone Design Works
Every piece of Carolina Casual furniture is made from multiple HDPE lumber components: the frame (structural support, legs, arms) and the panels (seat slats, back slats, table tops). You can choose a different color for each, creating a two-tone design that matches your style and environment.
Example: A Curved Adirondack Chair with a white frame and Aruba seat panels creates a classic coastal look. Swap the panels to Cardinal Red for a patriotic statement, or Cedar for a natural aesthetic—the frame stays the same.

Color-Through Technology
Unlike painted or stained wood, our HDPE lumber is colored all the way through the material. The pigment is mixed into the recycled plastic during the manufacturing process, which means:
- Color never peels, chips, or flakes
- Scratches are virtually invisible (the color beneath is the same)
- No repainting or re-staining — ever
- UV-stabilized to resist fading for decades
