Simply wash with mild soap and warm water using a soft bristle brush. For tougher stains, a diluted bleach solution (1 part bleach to 16 parts water) works perfectly. You can also use a pressure washer on a low setting (under 1,500 PSI). No sanding, staining, or special treatments ever needed.
